How do I register on the Ageless Belle® website?

Click “Log in” in the top-right corner, then choose “Register.”

Provide your name and email address, create a password, tick the Terms and Conditions, and confirm. We’ll send a confirmation email to complete your account registration.

Remember to create a strong password.

If you already have an account with us, log in.

Click “My Account” and then select ‘Account Information ‘.

How do I edit my account details?

From “Account Information”, you can edit your account details and change your shipping address, billing information, phone number, or email address.

FAQ On Ordering

How do I place an order on Ageless Belle®?

Once you’re on our website, you can search for products in the Shop Menu. You can use the default menu or shop by category.

• Once you see a product that you may like, click on the product name to see more information on the product or click on the “Add to Cart” button.
• After adding the item to the cart, there will be a prompt to “View Cart”, or you can continue shopping and view the cart when done.

Alternatively, you can click on ‘My Cart’ to check out

• If you have a Coupon Discount/Code in the View Cart, please input it or leave it blank.

Next, calculate the shipping cost by choosing your County; if you are outside Nairobi (the default), update it.

• Review your order details. Make sure everything looks correct, including the product(s) you chose, the quantity, and the shipping address (street, estate, and house number) for doorstep delivery. Then, click on the “checkout” button.

• If you have an account and are not logged in, log in; if you don’t have an account, register and create a new one for your first order.

• Enter a ‘shipping address ‘, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information.

You can pay using M-Pesa Paybill.

Enter the M-Pesa payment confirmation code, then click ‘Place your order ‘

•  This completes the order process, and you will receive an email with the order details.

Delivery FAQ

When do you deliver?

The courier company (Fargo Courier) delivers within 24- 72 hours, depending on the distance. If you don’t receive your package within this time, please get in touch with us.

Enjoy free delivery on orders over KSh 7,000 in Nairobi and environs, and over KSh 10,000 everywhere else in Kenya.
