Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We use Fargo Courier Services for all our countrywide deliveries. Deliveries will be made to your doorstep where accessible; otherwise, someone will collect their package from your nearest Fargo Courier office. Your shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Delivery takes 1-2 business days. 

International Orders

We do not ship outside East African Countries.

Tracking Your Order

Once we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email/SMS with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the Fargo Courier website.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are an online store. You can browse and order products from our website, and we will deliver.

What happens when my parcel/document is delivered when I’m not in?

Fargo Courier personnel will contact you to organize a repeat delivery attempt.

Can I change the delivery address?

We can’t change the delivery address once the order is dispatched. So please provide the correct delivery address when placing your order.

I have not received my order.

Don’t hesitate to contact us on call, text, WhatsApp or drop us an email if you have not received your parcel 72hrs past the scheduled delivery date for assistance.
