Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We use Fargo Courier Services for all our countrywide deliveries. We deliver to your doorstep where accessible; otherwise, someone will collect your package from your nearest Fargo Courier office. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery takes 1-2 business days. 

International Orders

We do not ship outside East African Countries.

Tracking Your Order

Once we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email/SMS with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the Fargo Courier website.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are an online store. You can browse and order products on our website, and we will deliver them.

What happens when my parcel/document is delivered when I’m not in?

Fargo Courier personnel will contact you to organize a repeat delivery attempt.

Can I change the delivery address?

We can’t change the delivery address once the order is dispatched. So please provide the correct delivery address when placing your order.

I have not received my order.

If you haven’t received your parcel 72 hours after the scheduled delivery date, don’t hesitate to contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email for assistance.
